Squigglefly Challenge #113 - SFC113 - Writer's Cramp!
Before we move on to this week's challenge we would like to announce the winners of last week's Waterworks! challenge. Yes, you read that correctly- WINNERS!
We have two very devoted women who play in the Squigglefly challenge every week. Not only are we impressed with their effort and dedication, we think they are talented artists and we want everyone to know it. So in addition free Squigglefly images we are inviting these two ladies to be guest designers on a future challenge! Drumroll please...

Now, onto THIS week's challenge: WRITER'S CRAMP!
Use chalk (any kind), pencil (any kind), ball point pen, highlighter or crayons on your project or use a school themed image or sentiment on your project.
***********************************
My team, Heather's Headliners, has schooled themselves in the art of Writer's Cramp. There aren't any back to school blues in this batch of samples! Enjoy!
Stephanie shows us the rules with "Shy Bear: Teacher Bear" from artist Lynne Stansbery. I just love those eye catching stars!
Peggy prepares to bribe the teacher with Tiny Tina Off to School drawn by Tracey Malnofski. What inspired embellishments!
Debbie isn't headed to the corner with this card featuring "Sassy Dunce" by Cheryl Alger. Great layout and I love how the point of the dunce cap pokes out of the oval.
Terri shows us a mom's dream using "The Morning Brew" from artist Chesney Young. Love the shiny coffee pot and how the stripes and scallop looks like a tablecloth.
Pat made some magic with "Bit of a Witch" by Cheryl Alger. The shopping list with mini pencils is an inspired idea! Very cool.
Holley made this teacher's gift with "Daisy Chain Bunny" by Diane Carubia. The corner buttons are a great touch. Can't you picture a child bringing this to their teacher?
Tammy used "Bonjour" drawn by Lynne Stansbery. Doesn't that blackboard make a fantastic background?
And finally, Heather (that's me), used "Inside Outs: Thanks a Bushel" by artist Chesney Young. I used a cake decorating stencil for the polka dots.
***Please take a look at the challenge rules- we updated them recently*** We realize that many people don't have blogs, but instead participate in our challenges using on-line galleries and we love that you are helping us spread the word about Squigglefly! However, many of the galleries require passwords and not all of us at Squigglefy belong to every gallery or group. To help us make sure we don't miss your artwork, we are asking that if you do use an online gallery that you leave us a comment on the challenge post. That way we'll be sure to have a member of the Squigglefly team who is a member of that gallery (SCS, CDAC, PCP, etc) can validate your entry.
1) If you up-load your creation to any on-line photo galleries, please use SFC113 for your keywords when loading your creation photo there.
1b) please leave a comment on the challenge blog post so that someone from Squigglefly can validate your entry for the prize.
2) You don't *have* to include a Squigglefly image on your creation, but in order to qualify for the prize you will need to use one! You can also combine SF images with non-SF images to qualify! Don't have one? There are several FREEBIES you can grab!
3) You have one week to complete the challenge and it will close Sunday evening. The winner will be announced at the same time the new challenge post comes up...so be sure to check back EVERY Monday to see if you are a winner!
4) Please leave a direct link to your entry in the comments below. The our linking tool works sporadically and we don't want to miss your project! (No back-linking please!)
