Squigglefly Challenge #2, SFC0214 Anything Goes

Welcome to the Squigglefly Challenge Blog!

Hello everyone! Happy 2014, welcome back to the challenges. I hope you were able to join in on our first challenge this year.  Last week, our challenge was to create a thank you card, and include some embossing.  The winner of last week's challenge was Debbi B who used a wonderful Shy Bear image Hi Bella from Lynne Stansbery.    Congrats!!

Please contact Holly at usyungs@gmail.com for your prize.

This week's challenge is SFC0213 Anything Goes! (show me what you got for Christmas)

The challenge this week is Anything Goes.  This challenge is so you can share with us all those wonderful new goodies that you got for the holidays.  So, Anything Goes, show me what you got for Christmas!  We'd love for you to use a Squigglefly image, to be prize eligible it's required, but everyone is welcome to play along.
Let's start with some inspiration from the Holley Hobbyists:

Pat Martin created this wonderful bookmark using a brand new image from artist Cheryl Alger called  A Good Read Maddie.  I think it's just perfect to have a bookmark made from a cute girl reading a book! This image comes with 3 sayings and an additional image for only $4.

Jan Marshall  created this fun card using a brand new image from artist Cheryl Alger called Father's Day Snooze.  What a darling card to make for all those men in your life.

Elizabeth Hart created an adorable card with a little girl and her flower.  This fun image is from artist Cheryl Alger and is called Buttercup Suzie.  She sure looks like she is ready for the spring time!

Charlene Mitchell used a beautiful new flower stamp from artist Elizabeta Kushner. It comes in a wonderful set of Flowers and Sentiments that contains three floral arrangements and three beautiful sayings for only $3!!  The sentiment she is using on this card is Birthday Wishes from artist Jess Holland.

Darlene Pavlick created this beautiful winter card using wonderful papers and beautiful die cuts with a great new stamp from artist Carmen Gamble named Winter Birds.  Don't you just love their cute little hats?

Tammy Hair created a gorgeous animal card using a brand new image from one of our newest artists Enid Barnes.  This fun image is called Giraffe Headshot.  I just love her coloring on this image.

And lastly, I (Holley Barnhart from Holley's Blog)  am using a beautiful image from a brand new artist at Squigglefly, it's Enid Barnes.  She makes the most gorgeous animal images including this Barn Owl. As for me, my Christmas gifts I am sharing here is that fun twill in black and brown, those buttons, and that new die cut!

I hope these cards have inspired you to make a card to play along this week.  You are always welcome to play no matter what images you use, but to be eligible for the prize, please use at least one stamp from Squigglefly!

We realize that many people don't have blogs, but instead participate in our challenges using on-line galleries. We love that you are helping us spread the word about Squigglefly! However, many of the galleries require passwords and not all of us at Squigglefly belong to every gallery or group. To help us make sure we don't miss your artwork, we are asking that if you do use an online gallery that you leave us a comment on the challenge post. That way we'll be sure to have a member of the Squigglefly team who is a member of that gallery (SCS, CDAC, PCP, etc) can validate your entry.

1.) If you up-load your creation to any on-line photo galleries, please use SFC0214 for your keywords when loading your creation photo there. 1b) please leave a comment on the challenge blog post so that someone from Squigglefly can validate your entry for the prize.

2) You don't *have* to include a Squigglefly image on your creation, but in order to qualify for the prize you will need to use one! You can also combine SF images with non-SF images to qualify! Don't have one? There are several FREEBIES you can grab from the Squigglefly store, hop on over there. Those images will qualify you for the prize.

3) You have one week to complete the challenge and it will close Sunday evening. The winner will be announced at the same time the new challenge post comes up...so be sure to check back EVERY Monday to see if you are a winner!

4) Please leave a direct link to your entry in the comments below. The linking tool works sporadically and we don't want to miss your project! (No back-linking please.)
